The built in hotspot advertising (see the server’s settings) can point to a URL of your choice, that will be the server determining what ads to show.
The ads that this setting creates appear as a pop up.
If you want to have the ads appear inside the page itself, you’ll need a proxy that will try to insert it in the page. Exactly how it will do the insertion is a separate, and more complicated and error prone matter, since not all sites use valid (X)HTML. There’s a huge risk that you’ll “break” some web pages, which is in fact why the built in hotspot uses a pop up.
