Add device to map via Winbox

v6.39.2

When creating a device via Winbox, there is no option for assigning it to a map. After device creation via Winbox, it cannot be assigned even with The Dude client. And when the device doesn’t belong to map, somehow the notifications configured for it not working as well.

Yes, it all has that feeling of a a job half started and not finished.
Development seems to be at a standstill currently.
