Adding mikrotikOS to an existing network

I have an existing network setup at office
1 windows server 2012 R2
Roles added on server are mentioned below:
Adds, dhcp, dns

20 wired computers
10 laptops wireless
Now i just installed mikrotik OS on a PC with dual lan cards and want to manage bandwidth and block some websites to some users etc so how to integrate RouterOS in this setup ? is there any tutorial or document plz help
