with which command can I get a full CLI for Linux?
Would like to install usefull things like Xen Tools, bacula-fd, maybe ocs-inventory in x68. Keep cool, no gnome xfce and so on.

that is not possible in RouterOS.

PV mode for Xenserver would be nice, HVM mode is limited with 100mbits for eth. I know there is a workaround for HVM an 1gbits, but Xen tools would be easier.
But when it´s impissible I will try to use pfsense, based on Freebsd, well working in PV mode.
