i have static IP and i need to upload some file to Mikrotik server and can download it from any other place …
i configuration router settings and firewall so now when i log to my site it’s appear winbox page but i can’t change it or upload any file to it
any help there…

Are you trying to change the default web interface presented by ROS?
You can’t, from what I can tell.
But it would be a nice feature.
You could always try to get a metarouter to run a webserver.
it will be very nice to add this to mikroTik

Upload and download to/from to the router via FTP. You’ll be limited by the router’s flash size, but it’ll work.

I think he’s trying to change the default html content presented when going to http://<public_ip>
Then he can put all sorts of files on his “Mikrotik webserver”.
It would be fun, but as answered in another post, mt is a router not a webserver.
Upload it to files and use winscp to download files via ssh like ftp.. You cant with the webserver..
