Have anybody some idea is it passible to start ADSL providing
( ISP ) with Mikrotik instead of router.
Can Mikrotik support On High PC platform 3.8 G with PCI-X fast ethernet card 1000 ADSL concurent connections ?
Any expirience, limits using ethernet cards and PC platfoms in compartion with cisco 7206 NPE G1 engine ?
I can’t help much, but just to mention that Mikrotik doesn’t support multiple CPU’s yet, which means there is no use of Intel HT CPU’s, they will work just as single CPU. The same is for dual core CPU’s, of course.
