ADSL modem connected workstation not at Dude device map

Hi All,
I need a help.
I just install Dude v3.6. But in my dude server i can’t saw the work station which are connected through ADSL modem. How can i monitor my each & every work station by dude?

Most probably some routing issue. If you can ping it, Dude will see it and therefore you would be able to monitor it.
