ADSL=MT=VPN??

Hi,
i want to ask you, my internet finished at bilion(adsl router).I got Public IP, also i connected rb433 to that router via lan. My quastion is, can i access to rb433 by VPN from outside? i need to apply rules on NAT but i have no idea.

Thanks

  1. Open/Port forward ports from ADSL router to RB433. http://www.speedguide.net/faq/what-ports-do-i-need-to-open-to-permit-vpn-traffic-163
  2. Enable the VPN server you want in RB433 (PPTP, L2TP, OVPN, SSTP). From Winbox go to PPP-Interface
  3. Create the user/users of VPN. From winbox go to PPP->Secrets
  4. Check the following links:
    http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:Interface/PPTP
    http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:Interface/L2TP and http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/L2TP_%2B_IPSEC_between_Mikrotik_router_and_a_PC
    http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:Interface/OVPN
    http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:Interface/SSTP

all things i’ve been doing, i’m making mistake with the rules on the MT. i need some good rules for the NAT. Did you do before?

Thanks

Did you set the ADSL router in Bridge mode or not?
Go to Net Terminal and type:
ip firewall nat export

and post it here.

/ip firewall nat
add chain=dstnat action=dst-nat in-interface=[WAN INTERFACE NAME] protocol=udp to-addresses=[INSIDE IP ADDRESS OF HOST]
add chain=dstnat action=accept in-interface=[WAN INTERFACE NAME] protocol=udp dst-port=1701,500,4500
add chain=dstnat action=dst-nat in-interface=[WAN INTERFACE NAME] to-addresses=[INSIDE IP ADDRESS OF HOST]

Your ADSL router is in Bridge mode?

i would like with out bridge :slight_smile:

So, remove from your Firewall the three nat rules and port forward from your ADSL router the udp ports 1701,500,4500 to your IP address of RB433.
Do you have any rules on Firewall->Filter?

i already tried like that,no respond

Have you asked your provider if those ports are blocked?

actually i’ve been using ssh,telnet,winbox, i’m thinking..about that i haven’t block for the ports

Make an export of IP->Firewall->Filter

empty
