I am using Mikrotik as DHCP server , with arp .
users when use full bandwidth if some one downloading files or upload big files aplications like msn messenger and yahoo messenger dnt work at this time or slow and if some one send msgs through but dnt delever , what I can do to make better option for this , I tried mangale but maybe I didnt undersand or miss something with it , please if you can send me commands that will be nice .
also how to stop delay between server and clients if they use full internet bandwidth .
or if possible to make limitation for each ip in range of ips to use from 128K , 100 K for browsing and 28K for msn and yahoo .

I want also to make manage for queue in range of ips , for example I have ip range 10.0.1.0/24 and I want to make every ip at this range to use 128K down and 32K up with add every ip , and at night time firewall and limition will go off from 11 to 11 at morning
that mean 11 at night all users will have no limit for speed and firewall will go off

I read but Didnt know how to do these options .
I am already usging simple queue now .

You need to setup Queue Tree instead of Simple Queues. It will take some time to learn but will work well. You can then mark MSN and Yahoo packets and give them a high priority. I believe there is a good section in the Wiki that will give you better information on setting up the Queue Tree

if you know exactly what ports do they use you can give them the highest priority ..
i have the same problem .. i’m using internet through satellite .. i cant send any size of files by yahoo msngr or make photo sharing with it ..
