Is there any way to advertise a webpage on PPPoE, such as everytime a customer logs in (a fresh PPP connection is established) a pop-up advertisement comes ?
In HOTSPOT its possible to redirect user to your web page after successful login, but I suspect that its not possible with the default pppoe dialer at client. I would like to know if it can be achieved with some mangle/firewall rule 
However if any customize sort of dialer is distributed at user end or used, then its possible that after connecting to ppoe, it shoudl launch IE with predefined web page.
I would also like to know if there is a positive answer to this question. If yes that would be awesome.

With hotspot we can even create custom page but custom PPPoE dialer if possible will be awesome.
