Using the 2.9 hotspot you can use the advertising feature.
That should work regardless of the used authentication method in hotspot (i.e. mac login, for example)…

It seems I can not for ip binding. Any suggestions?
There’s a difference between mac login (which i mentioned) and ip-binding.
MAC login uses the MAC address as username to login to the hotspot. There advertising WILL work.
IP-binding can be used to bypass the hotspot, so you won’t be logged into hotspot, and advertising won’t work, of course.
I don’t think there’s a way to make advertisment happen when NOT logged into the hotspot. You would have to use an external proxy with an appropriate solution there…
