Advice needed in choosing the right Mikrotik device

Hi!
I need to make a wireless bridge from the window of my apartment to my garage (Direct visibility, distance 300 meters).
I have a Mikrotik SXT Lite5 access point, which I plan to install in my garage as a client (there I have a desktop computer).

Well, I need to buy another access point for installation on the apartment window.
This access point will be used as a server, so that in addition to my garage, I could connect a couple more clients.

I chose an access point with the ability to install outdoor and with license level 4 (so that more than one client could be connected to It).
I have not enough money, so my choice fell on Mikrotik WAP.
Does this device have enough power / sensitivity to organize a bridge with SXT Lite5 at a distance of 300 meters?

P.S. My home Internet is limited to 30 Mbps, so I do not need a bridge with the highest speed.

It may link on 5GHz, but waP is not a good choice for this application.

Majority of traffic (download) will go from wAP to SXT; wAP have small gain omni antennas not suited for linking at 300m.

If you expect to connect more devices to it, your best bet would be using a SXT-SA for the Apartment (90 degree sector) then a SXT lite or SXTsq for the garage or other locations.

Thank you!
Maybe SXT 2, too? (For a not expensive option)

I’d use 5GHz better, not only because of the potential higher throughput by using 40MHz or wider channels; 2.4GHz spectrum is much smaller and already saturated by home routers.

Thanks)
