Hi all!
Can I take advantage of your knowledge to seek advice? ![]()
I’m planning to restructure a small network which has:
- about 15 among server, PCs and internet POS;
- two ADSL connections (PPPoE modems);
- a Ubiquiti UniFi with two SSID attested on different VLAN;
- not more than 6 VPN remote access (PPTP / L2TP);
- firewall for both ADSL routers.
The internal traffic is moderate, sometime there is a big upload, from outside to some internal servers, and one of the two ADSL is used for public WiFi connectivity (user band limited by UniFi).
I was wondering if this system is performing enough to do everything (switch, VLAN, VPN, ADSL, firewall):

or if it is better to plan a separate managed switch with a router like this:

Thanks for any hint. ![]()
