May I know that what’s the firmware that my Mikrotik routerboard is running currently? Thank you.

Currently you are running current-firmware 3.24.
You should upgrade to upgrade-firmware 6.42.6.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply. However, when I try an upgrade with bugfix release, as shown:

After I perform reboot, may I know why the current-firmware still 3.41?

If I try with current release, example 6.42.6, then my ros and firmware will be displayed as 6.42.6.

Thanks for your kind assist

Yes, this is all fine.
The firmware version increases (synchronize) now with ROS version. Even there is no update in the firmware.
(I do not know the reason why MikroTik made this change)

If that’s the case, when I come to Capsman controller environment, I have 100+ cAP which I need to upgrade the firmware. I know that by simply clicking on upgrade button in Capsman, I’m able to update the ROS for my cAP. However, the firmware of the cAP are not updated. I need to telnet into each of the cAP to issue command: system routerboard upgrade and reboot to perform the upgrade.

Hence any other methods for me to perform batch upgrade for those cAP w/o login to each of the cAP?
