After firmware upgrade LHGG LTE6 doesn't work

Hi,

First of all I’m new to Mikrotik.
About R11e-LTE6 v027
Yesterday I upgraded LTE firmware for device RBLHGGR&R11e-LTE6 from v026 to v027 and now lte1 interface doesn’t work. Atleast doesn’t work correctly.
Before upgrade there were no problems.
When there is SIM card inserted Interface constantly disappear and appear. Without SIM card interface stays UP but there in no internet because there is no SIM card :slight_smile:
LTE Status->Functionality all the time is “tx and rc rf disabled”. In log file there a lot of “modem hung up” errors.

I already raised ticket with Mikrotik and sended mail to official distributor from witch i bought device 3 weeks ago but maybe its a common problem and someone could advise what should i do?
I already tried to reset configurations and suggested commands
“/interface lte at-chat lte1 input=“AT+reset””
and
“/interface lte at-chat lte1 input=“AT+RSTSET””
but all without any luck.
RouterBoard version 6.47.9.

Please enable logs like /system logging add topics=lte
Reboot unit
Wait 3-4 loops of reseting lte interface or 5m
Do supout.rif who should be send to support@mikrotik.com, or via website portal etc.

REALY, only support can solve that behaviour.

I already did that and raised ticket at Mikrotik customer portal on Saturday.
Just wanted to post question there just in case its a common problem with easy solution.

it’s rare.
Probably MikroTik ask you to share access to your LHGGR from lan site, from Local netowork by separate ISP for them…

I had the exact same issues after upgrading to firmware v027.

Support provided me with firmware v028 which fixed the issues and reverted to pre v027 levels of reliability.

Hopefully that updated firmware will be released for OTA upgrade to all LTE6 modems…
