After i import my backup items are not movable, i can not change their position, any help please
Can you log in as different administrator, Is your user somehow changed to read only?
Loging in is all OK, i am administrator, the only way to move items is by selecting an item then pressing “line” tool then clicking somewhere in the blank area, the selected item goes there.
AAAAAGH 
The “lock” tool was active, i clicked on it and everything became movable 
Problem slowed
