MTCNA - MikroTik Certified Network Associate, in other words, most basic training there is. After that come the specific courses for Routing, Wireless, Internetworking, User management. After those comes Trainer certification where you can become a trainer and earn lots of money.

If somebody actually Knows Stuff and you can Learn from them, then whether they own or work for a Company is irrelevant in every respect, apart from Price usually.
