AFTER UPDATING v5.19 CAN NOT ACCESS TO RB 450G

Hello Responders,
I cannot access my RB450G after updating version 5.19. I always following as usual procedure for upgrading my RB450G. First Upload npk file, then i rebooted my Router Board. But this time i downloaded v.19 zip file then extracted it and uploaded to my RB450G. But after reboot i cannot ping any ip address also cannot access to router board via mac or ip address.
I tried to reset via hardware whole by opening RB450G but no luck.

Can anyone suggest me how could i back my RB450G …Please

Try serial console to access - http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:System/Serial_Console

If it dont help, then reinstal router with netinstall - http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Netinstall

Hi my 450g after update to 5.19 use a 100% cpu utilization and router don’t respond :S

y tried reboot and downgrade 4 times and in the fifth try , can downgrade to 5.18
