After upgrade to ROS 4.8 mikrotik 450G die

Can anyone help me.
upload to mikrotik package 4.8 ROS reboot and after dont load anymore.
can’t ping,can’t winbox find by MAC.

What i must to do??Help please its very important

Use nettinstall and reinstal board
