Agent not working.

LOCAL SERVER
I have added an agent using the Agents Tab in Server Configuration. In the Agents window it reads ok for Status. Next, I right click on the Agent I added and select Add Device. I selected the Map I wanted to add the agent device to and then clicked next, then finish. Next I went to the device I just added and checked the box Dude Server and selected the correct Agent. Clicked Apply.

The problem is that the Dude Tab does not display anything. In the device settings window, I can select Ping from the Tools button and successfully ping the device.

REMOTE SERVER
The remote Dude server has a map running. The Remote Server box is checked to enable it.

Any ideas?

This has happened to me. This seems to be a problem related to the user permisions in the dude agent.
When you add an agent to the dude server, you must submit with an User and Password for the agent. If such user has no full permision (e.i. read access), is there where the problems arise.
Try accessing the dude agent (with the dude monitor) and set an user and password with full access.
Then try ping to any unknow device through this agent and check the ping should not answer with <1ms.
