I have tried numerous 3G modems with my RouterBoard 951i
Currently I’m trying to get a Alcatel L100 LTE Modem to work? Can anyone give me some advise? Would be awesome if I could get a Huawei E5331 to work as well?
Improved 3G modem support would be a massive improvement in next RB version, PLEASE

I am sorry for OT, but I have the same modem as you - Alcatel OneTouch L100V (branded as T-Mobile). Do you have non-branded version? If so, would you be so kind, please, and send me contents of your Internet Manager virtual disk? I have only branded T-Mobile Internet Manager, which is not working and I am looking for genuine Alcatel solution.

Do you have any update on the Alcaltel L100 LTE Modem? I would have to deploy some RB951, with 4G LTE backup option, and my provider doesn’t have too many option on the usb sticks.. The rest is also unsupported Huaweis.

Any success on making alcatel L100 work with mikrotik? This modem has very good RX sensitivity. It would be great if it could work with mikrotik… In version 6.27 gets recognised and it is possible to create an interface with it but it won’t connect… Anybody knows why?

If You are asking about Alcatel L100V, You can make it work just by changing values of data and info channels in the interface settings.
