Alert via email when bandwidth exceeded

Dear Fellow SysAdmins,

In the Interfaces > Interface > Columns Tx / Rx, i would like the system to send an email alert when the values in this exceeds a specific Mbps for x amount of time.
So for example, if Tx or Rx > 200 Mbps for 5 mns continuous for BGP interface, then send an email.
Any way of doing this? Thanks in advance.
