Alix 2D3 - Installation problem Routeros 3.23

Hi,


I’m tring to install Routeros 3.23 in the Alix 2D3, trought a 2GB CF card.

I downloaded

  1. netinstall-3.23
  2. all_packages-x86-3.23.zip

Well, in Windows XP I plugged the CF card and CF reader.. so I selected all of the packages, selected the correct label drive, setted the boudrate to 9600 and pressed Install.

The process well done.

But.. when I switch-on the Alix …
this is what I see on the TeraTerm Serial Terminal (COM1, 9600) freeze here, and no more.

nothing to do.. I tried with another CF (2GB Sandisk UltraII)…

the boot stops at

maybe.. Do I use a wrong packages?

System: Intel/AMD PC
Software Type: Stable

you better contact the support forum of the device maker. the process you describe seems to be fine. maybe something wrong with device
