All help needed with the following requirement... E1 data

hi fellow mikrotik~tians… :smiley:

i have to setup a 16 kms ptp link with a clear line of sight.

i plan to use a RB711-5Hn with 27dbi Panel antenna for the PtP link.

the client wants to use Intraplex® AudioLink PLUS ( http://www.broadcast.harris.com/productsandsolutions/RadioSTLContributionandDistribution/IntraplexAudioLinkPLUS.asp )

for E1 transmissions…

now can i put FarSync TE1 - the E1 (G.703 and G.704) Universal PCI card for Linux and Windows ( http://www.farsite.com/synchronous_X.21_RS422_V.35_RS530_PCI_PCIe_cards/farsync_e1_G.703_G.704_pci_card_linux_windows.shtml ) and then connect it to the Intraplex® AudioLink PLUS with the RB711-5Hn for a successful E1 link??

guys this is a very complex and one of its kind but will help me gain a good foothold in this exclusive E1 market with help of mikrotik.

What you need is TDMoIP, instead of putting inside a Farsite interface insert a IPMUX-1E.

With nstream-dual it works well, with NV2 i don’t have any experience at all.
