All interfaces disappear on RB411

I have a RB411 with an XR2 which is been working fine for months (it only has 8-10 users on it). I upgraded from 3.3 to 3.7 about a week or so ago and didn’t notice any problems until last night. I had users complaning they couldn’t get online, so I checked and they couldn’t authenticate with PPPoE because the service wasn’t bound to an interface. I opened the interfaces window and NOTHING!

It doesn’t show ether1 or wlan1 at all. I downgraded to 3.6 and still have the same problem. I’m going to try 3.3 again to see if that helps, but if anyone has any ideas, I’d be glad to get any insight into this!

After putting 3.3 back on the board, it was fine for over a week. Put 3.7 back on and same thing happened. Running 3.3 again just fine.

please make the support output file form v3.7 when you don’t see the wireless interface and send it to support@mikrotik.com

If I dare to try upgrading again, I will. I don’t really want to because all my customers on this board are down when it happens.
