All system user loss, users action failed (6)

Hi,

We have some CCR1016-12G router, on a different office.

One day, we cannot login to router, all password and ssh keys is refused.
If we login Admin user and blank password, login is sucessfully (ups!).
If we check configuration on the router, all settings is ok, only users date broken!
No users, no passwords, nothing. Only admin user and blank password. (factory reset only users)

If we want make backup current router configuration:

/system backup save name=test
Saving system configuration
Failed to save system configuration backup
action failed (6)

Save is failed …

If i want make other command on onboard memory, all command is failed.
If i set password for admin user or add new user, user and password is lost 10 minutes.

This the second CCR1016-12G on what the problem occurs in last 4 month, we have bad flash series ?

This is hardware error ? Or RouterOS problem ?

I self find solution - this problem with HDD and bad block. You need restart and wait dor next release version.

In this case you get always the same advice: try netinstall.

see changelog for 6.16 (public release candidate) in dowload section, it should be fixed (bad block better handling on ccr)


*) CCR - fixed rare file system corruption when none
of configuration could be changed or some of it disappeared;
