All traffic except http/https through pptp vpn

Hello.

I’m new to RouterOS, and new to networking in general. I followed this guide: https://support.hidemyass.com/entries/25051761-Mikrotik-router-PPTP-and-L2TP-setup to setup my vpn connection. All traffic is now routed through my VPN provider. Now I want to set up a rule so all traffic except[/] web browsing (http/https) is routed through my VPN. Is this possible? If so, how do I set it up?

Create mangle rules and mark the traffic with approriate rules.
With the marked packets, create 2 routing rules to use the desired gateway
