Allocating bandwidth priority for VOIP at the CPE

Hi,

How do I allocate bandwidth priority for the allowance for VOIP calls, If at the CPE the customer is uploading/downloading at max, I want if the customer attempts to use VOIP, this call is allocated bandwidth for the call regardless of how much the upload/download is maxed out.

read in the wiki about mangle/queues, to prioritarize VoIP it’s not a simple task, it’s easy if you use an application that use a specific port, or if you want to give priority to a specific IP/CLIENT, search in the wiki, there is a VoIP examples.
