Allocating IP addresses

Dear Sirs,

I’m new in mikrotik devices, I just want to know if I can change the DHCP from the winbox?
And I want to know how to add a new user in my network? how to allocate a new IP that connect the DHCP server and wont make any conflict??

Yes, you can. It may require getting the network users to repair the network connection if you change to a new ip subnet tho.
