Allow access only from IP

Hi, this is my first time on forum and sorry if im posting on wrong section

I wanna know how can i allow access to winbox from only 1 IP for example 82.xxx.xx.xxx and drop all the others

in /ip service menu set winbox “available option” for your ip.
