Allow only bypassed hotspot users

Hi Guys,

I have a device set up on the network wich is visible to all hotspot users, is there any rule I can put in the firewall that will only allow bypassed users to access the device?

Hotspot users range 10.10.10.50 - 10.10.10.250

Device IP
10.10.10.10
