Tomorrow I’m going to replace one of my very first MikroTik installations by a RB1100. Has been running for a couple of years now and I just made a screenshot for all the people out there who have never seen what RouterOS 2.8 has been looking like

It’s hours… The MT had some reboots in the past, but it has been running since 2004…
Winbox has been pretty colorful those days
BTW: It was a TYAN GS-10 1 HE rackmount server barebone with a 2.4 GHz Celeron, running for almost 7 years 24/7!

Not much. A bit src-nat and some simple queues with graphs.
