Alternatives to KNOT(RB924i-2nD-BT5&BG77) to integrate RS485 ModBus

I’m looking for some USB device, covered by Mikrotik Drivers, that gives-me RS485 ModBus port.

I found on chinese marketplaces several USB←>RS485, based on chip ch340) that claims to be recognized as a modbus port. But always doing references to Personal Computers, with linux and windows.

Several questions:
A) Does the latest version of RouterOS (7.20.4) supports CH340?
A.1) Is it recognizes, I understand that it will support RS232 and RS485. Is that correct?
A.2) If it supports RS485, how to define it as a modbus port?

B ) Does the drivers supported for this kind of device as publicly listed somewhere?
I know by heart that prolific PL2303 is supported. But I were not able to find it in anywhere of RouterOS Confluence.

I’ve successfully used the below with RouterOS:

Connected to a HEX to remotely monitor a solar charge controller.
