I can’t seem to be able to view and edit files from the terminal
The following steps causes me to see appears to be an empty file
export file=current.rsc
file/edit value-name=contents current.rsc
I am able to actually edit the file even though it appears to be blank, for instance, writing “test” and saving, I am able to run the file/edit command again and view the contents and behavior appears to be as expected.
Shouldn’t I be seeing the exported commands inside this file instead, however?
Downloading current.rsc to the desktop immediately after exporting it, the file is as it was intended.
What am I doing wrong with this command?
This is on RouterOS v7.2.3
