I have Used SW250 before with VLAN and Trunking some Vlans Between them but now its going to be some harder.. i try to explain how i need the network to be configured 
1.Router Mikrotik 2011UAS
Port 1 ← WWW
Port 2 → LAN1
Port 3 → Untagg (VLAN-200)
Port SFP1 → VLAN TRUNK1 (VLAN-200, VLAN-300-LAN2, VLAN-LAN1)
2.D-Link 1210-08POE
Port SFP10 ← VLAN TRUNK1 (VLAN-200, VLAN-300-LAN2, VLAN-LAN1)
Port 2-8 → Untagging (VLAN-LAN1)
Port 1 → VLAN TRUNK1 (VLAN-200, VLAN-300-LAN2)
3.SW250
Port 1 <-VLAN TRUNK1 (VLAN-200, VLAN-300-LAN2)
Port 2 → Untagg (VLAN-200)
Port 3 → Untagg (VLAN-300-LAN2)
Port 5 → VLAN TRUNK1 (VLAN-300-LAN2)
4.D-Link 1210-08POE
Port 1 ← VLAN TRUNK1 (VLAN-300-LAN2)
Port 7 → Untagg (VLAN-300-LAN2)
Port 8 → Untagg (VLAN-300-LAN2)
I hope you can see the logich in this they are in order 1.2.3.4 Top and bottom interfaces connecting them together
And dont know to manage the switches after have to get vlan1 in the trunk? and to do it a bit more complicated its 2 Ubnt Nanobridge M5 Antennas Between eatch Router/Switch
