An issue with SMTP on Mikrotik

Hello ,

Every time I try to configure SMTP server on Mikrotik I receive this error

Couldn’t perform action - timeout occured (6)


When I tried with Google SMTP it worked !

first how to debug email issues on Mikrotik !?

second is there any solution for this issue ?

I’m using RouterOS v7.1.4
