Anonymous user tried to log in

Why did this message appear? And how can I protect the router?

Buffer: memory
Message: anonymous user tried to log in, but no guests are allowed

Login to what?
Why is normal user anywhere near a login attempt??
Is this for an open server?

With such sparse details, one cant make much of the post.

Mikrotik router is used to manage an open network such as restaurants or hotels, but with subscriptions using hotspots and user manager Is this useful

Tried to login to router or to your hotspot?

I am unfamiliar with MT servers, can you point me to a products page?

It is a product that is sold only in Yemen,
also the “QuestionPro for Dummies” guide, but he hasn’t read it yet …

I’m sorry, I meant router

It looks as though it is a hotspot login for anonymous user / guest user when guest/trial accounts aren’t enabled. If its still in your buffer, open it in webfig or winbox and get the other topics listed on the log to know where its coming from, but generally a services login says failed to login via (ssh|winbox|web|telnet)
