So I have a RB4011GS in factory default settings other than the password.
I’m a tech guy, work as cloud engineer, but for the life of me can’t figure out to get a 10Mbit/10Mbit QOS/Limiter working.
ETH1 is WAN, Fios gigE
ETH2 is Macbook Pro, where I’m doing all of my testing.
I’ve tried disabling FastTrack/Fastpath, but I know it’s skipping the limiter somehow…
Some background: I’m running a BUNCH of Flent tests, trying to limit my… upload as out of the box they seem to favor upload over download.
I mean, I can get line speed down from a test Flent server when only downloading.
When running in bi-directional mode - I get line speed up, but ~400-600mbit down.
Trying to set a upload/download limiter for 900/900Mbit to keep them sweet sweet ping times and general responsiveness.
