That simply view the configuration of the router in this file.
Or, may i open winbox to view information of the backup, without connect to the
router(this programm have test mode or something else?). Or which viewer may open
backup(MikroTik-02011970-0020.backup). Winword or notepad open it incorrect.

Backup file is binary file you cannot open or edit it. If you want to open or edit with notepad then you have to backup with export command.
