Antenna-gain: Is it set manually or automatically?

Hello

I’ve searched the forum but haven’t found anything clear or up-to-date. Is the antenna-gain on the APs set automatically based on the wireless chip and antenna, or do I need to manually enter the values from the specs?

Fixed antenna = internal default value
External connectors = default value 0, must be set manually

Correct, if you want to adjust transmission power, just use tx-power
