i guess you have the same config as me; 15dbi rootenna and rb; personally i havent used grounding ; since the connector of rootenna is rpsma to u fl; if u insist you can use pigtale rpsma-male to n-female; you connect the rp-sma to rootenna then n-male to lighting arrestor; then another jumper cable n-male to u-fl; her it is
