Antenna LHGG LTE6 problem with 7.15.3

I started the new LTE6 on my PC Ethernet with the delivered SW-version 7.12.2
SIM-card from Telekom
Everthing worked fine, connection to the internet without any problem.

Then I started an update to 7.15.3
After that it is no longer possible to access the internet. Everything else seems to be fine except of the message " a newer modem firmware available"
And two error messages:
at trial to load the new modem firmware: firmware unreachable (6)
at test of new updates: could not resolve dns name

Any ideas what to do ?

Try upgrading to new 7.16 stable, there is a lot of fixes for LTE.

Thanks for the advice. I loaded 7.16 but the problem remained the same:
internet access not working and message “new modem -sw available”
But this can not be reaches as LTE is not working …
How can I get and upload the LTE-firmware ?
Or any other ideas ?

My status now is:

  • updated locally to 7.16. from 7.12.2
  • updated locally to firmware 16121.1034.00.01.01.04 from 16121.1034.00.01.01.03
  • SIM is connected to Telekom with fair to good signals but unfortunately still no internet access. Internet IP is set to 0.0.0.0

I have not changed any parameters lik APN settings o.e.
As with my first start of the device with 7.12.2 and 16121.1034.00.01.01.03 everything worked fine “automaticly”, my question now is what could have changed with the update of the router-os ?

Did you try to input APN from your ISP or did you set “Use network APN” ?

Did you try your sim card in another device ?

The SIM-Card works fine and “automaticly” in my tablet
Yes, I tried both ways of APN

Only thing that i can think of is to netinstall the antenna and see if problem is still here.

Now, after configuration reset again and several versions of the ISP APN’s I got it running.
Still strange that with the 7.12. it had started without any problems …

So it was APN problem then ? I always ask operator what APN is and I write it down on the SIM card package just in case.
