Hi i’m new to router OS and i’m using RB433AH
How can i bypass winbox in AVG firewall?
I tried to configure AVG in PUP exceptions and added winbox.exe. When i try to scan my using winbox it doesn’t display MT.
I also tried uninstalling my AVG and winbox works but i need a antivirus on my computer
winbox uses different protocols, most probably your AVG firewall or what it is just allows 1 port not all of those that are in use by winbox.
also, neighbour protocol sends out UDP packets with info and these might be blocked by your firewall also.
any suggestion like i should remove my anti-virus and find another? or should i keep my comp without any antivirus installed
more like check what your firewall is blocking and allow parts you need through it. I cannot help with particular Windows Firewall as i have no knowledge of those (you probably should go to their support forum)
