I was wondering if there are any anti-virus that can be installed in Mikrotik server? in fact do we need to? I mean could viruses infect Mikrotik RouterOS?

but what if one of my clients (users) has a virus in his PC? still not affecting the system? or other users pc in the same network?

no, they will only affect themselves and other network users, but not the router.

Better, when you will confirm to it client to make clean it viruses, than reconnect to your network.
