antispam detect and prevention

I use routeros 2.8.5.
please can anyone suggest how i can detect spams within my network and block it.

I do not have the webproxy service enabled.

my spam you mean - e-mails???

if so what it has to do with router at all?

use some spamassasin or other spam killer of your choice
