how can i allow only using whatsapp to costumers?
It seems WhatsApp uses ports TCP/80 , TCP/443, TCP/5222 , TCP/5223 and TCP/5228, so there is no way to allow only it - it looks like normal Web traffic.
Layer 7 filtering perhaps?
Maybe if you inspect the packets you can find a common link and regex it?
