If your gateway address is the same, you need a seperate MT for each line, plus a 5th router, routing between the 4 MT routers, NOT the 4 Lines.

Could you just throw in some static arp entries for their gateway and give them fake addresses? Use the fake addresses in the gateway? Just a thought - might be totally off though .
I highly doubt that.
Data coming back in from the nas to x line won’t route properly either.
