Anyone else with the error: "select at least one user"?

Just can’t seem to remove any user with the beta 9!

You need check any line user before select remove user.

Fran.

Try beta10 version, if you will have the same problem, contact support department and provide them with access to User Manager to find out your problem.
We are unable to reproduce this problem.

I had the same error, mine was because I added too many users for a Level 4 license. I thought if I deleted some of the users it would fix the problem, but it hasn’t. I had to reset the database. My solution was to purchase a L6 license.

How this error can be produced by license level ?
I assume that license is limiting active sessions not active users, I have used license level4 that allows 10 sessions at 2.9, I have added 100 users, there are not any problems to select some of them.
Certainly this problem is not related to license level.

I had more than 20 active users (I used V3BETA8 which gives you 20 licenses). Then I created some local accounts on certain HS’s, so the total active users are less than 20. Since then I had problems and could only resolve by resetting database.

What kind of problem do you have ?

User wouldn’t authenticate (I think the error was authentication failed, it was not radius timeouts). Then, some other users would auth with no problem on the NAS, but UM would not see the users as active or even count the data transferred.

I can’t recall much else, as I had to do something quick, so I’ve reset the DB.

As far as I know if limit is overrided, then router reports something about (active connections), if this value was not overrided, then problem was caused by anything else.

the original poster should upgrade from beta to RC3
