Just tried for the 1st time to get it running through a new hotspot setup.
Running UserManager 4.6 on x86.
The authorize.net page just comes back saying it could not load: https:test.authorize.net/transact.dll
How do you troubleshoot this?

Have you forwarded port 443 for https secure connections to your mikrotik router box?
