Yes, every mikrotik device running RouterOS can act as a router.
The only concern is the throughput that you will get from it.
You can use the QuickSet tool to setup the basic ANT routing.

some my clients work in one big office and use shared WiFi. I would like to secure my clients. They use VPN connection on each laptop, but a would like to configure only one connection on Mikrotik.
i can’t extend current WiFi because i’m not an administrator of that.
